Sourced from the Dumerso washing station in the Yirgacheffe region, this lot represents the rich heritage of Ethiopian coffee. Grown at elevations of around 1,900–2,100 masl, the high altitude and fertile soils contribute to its distinct clarity and sweetness. The cherries are carefully handpicked and dried on raised African beds under the sun, allowing the natural process to enhance fruity complexity and depth.

Expect delicate honeysuckle florals, bright mixed berries, and the juicy sweetness of stone fruits, all layered with a clean, elegant finish.
